What if I need more pages or features than what your web design package has to offer?
Then either our web site management service or sofware solutions will most likely be added in order to accommodate your additional needs. For additional pages, our Web Design Agreement indicates that you can either be charged for each additional pages or upgrade your web design package to the next higher package - whichever is the least costly for you, the client. In essence, we will work with you to complete your project at the least amount of cost. It is our way of helping you get the best web site for the least amount of money with the highest rate of return.
Why do you utilize web design templates?
Templates saves you, our client, a lot of time, money and eliminates the element of surprise when building web site design layout. Templates can be perceived as cookie cutter but really, it is not. Templates can be derived from your current marketing materials such as your brochure, pamphlets, letterhead, magazine ads, and even business cards. We can usually use those as the basis for your web design layout or as our template to get your web design project moving forward. However, for best results, we try to utilize the template library we provide because they are high-end templates that deliver the highest quality for the least amount in price. They look and built by professionals and are very expensive to begin with. With your basic web design package, it is included at no additional cost.
Can I change the color scheme of these templates?
Yes, of course. However, our recommendation when selecting templates is to quality them based on the color scheme. As you browse through our web design template library, look for the color scheme of your choice first - then quality the template based on its layout. The primary reason for this is because these graphic designers incorporates multiple layers of color palettes to each web design layouts and building the rest of the layout around this color palettes. So changing the color schemes of a web design template loses its luster, look and feel of its original design structure, the one that you fell in love with, when we try to convert it. It is possible to change the color scheme and in some cases, it will look even better but why take any chances.
What if we prefer that you build a web site from scratch so that our web site is unique with a corporate identity that we can market extensively?
No problem. Our Web Developer, Graphic Designer and Marketing Consultant will work with you to develop your business branding and concept to a full digital reality that you can promote to a specific target market or general public. Keep in mind that this can take a much more significant amount of time than our standard 1-3-week web design process. Like they say, perfection takes time and cannot be rushed.
How long does it take to build a web site?
Our web design agreement will indicate 15 working days but we can build it a lot faster than 15 days if you come in prepared with all of your text content, photos and logo. In this case, we can finish it within 3-4 days - from signup to launch. What we found to be the most time consuming in building web sites is client's turnaround time in providing their final text content or copywrite. In order to help out in this area, we have prepared the most common text related information to help the project move along. We will even help with the copywrite if you provide a list of highlights that we can work with about your company, products and services at no additional cost.
Do you outsource your web design projects or any part of the web design development process?
No. We do not. We have been there. We have done that before. The result is highly unsatisfactory. We also have a lot of clients who have experienced the same thing and have had a much worst experience including loss of substantial amount of money. All of our web developers and designers are in-house. In fact, we encourage you to sit with your assigned webmaster as he/she develops your web site to completion. This is not to say that we will never utilize outside help if we need to. Custom programming is probably the only reason we would outsource a project outside the country such as India, Indonesia, Philippines, Sweden, and South American countries. Cost is the main factor for doing this. Custom programmers in America charges between $150 to $375 per hour compare to the aforementioned countries of $15-25 per hour.
