When do you charge my credit card?
- We finalize our statements on the first of the month and your card is actually billed on or close to the 5th of each month.
How do I change my credit card information?
- To change your credit card, go to www.WebSiteCenter.com/credit. This will lead you to a secure connection so your number will be sent over the Internet scrambled.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
- If your card is declined we will contact you for an alternate credit card. There is a $6 fee that we are charged by the bank and we will pass that charge onto you. If we are unable to reach you within 10 days of billing we will suspend your account.
What is the $6 that appeared on my charge?
- Your credit card was declined by the bank and we passed along our bank charge to you.
Can I get a statement of my current charges?
- To get a statement of your billing, go to www.WebSiteCenter.com/cpanel. Log in with your username and password. Click on Accounting on the left navigation bar.
How do I get a receipt of WebSiteCenter.com charges for my taxes?
- Your monthly credit card statement details all WebSiteCenter.com charges and acts as your receipt for tax purposes.
Do you take checks? Western Union? Money Wires?
- No, WebSiteCenter.com does not take checks or money wires. WebSiteCenter.com only accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Many of our clients can use their checking account if they have an associated debit card bearing MasterCard or Visa privileges.
Do you send monthly invoices?
- WebSiteCenter.com does not send invoices. All charges are debited automatically from credit cards.
When do I get credit for referred domains?
- As soon as the referral domain has passed their two month free-trial period and becomes a regular account you are credited with a free month for referring them. Some of our clients have never paid for their hosting!
How does this two-free month thing work?
- It is simple. You sign up your first domain with us and we will not charge you for two months. Once the two months is over, we will prorate you for the remainder of the current month. You will then be placed in our regular billing cycle. Your card will be charged on the 5th of every month (unless you refer other accounts.)
My second account was billed immediately. What happened to the two free months?
- The “two free months” applies to the first domain. Any additional domains that you sign up do not have a free trial period.
