- To set up your Outlook Express, go to Tools > Options
To set up your Outlook go to Tools > Accounts
- The display name is what people will see when they receive your e-mails. Usually it's just a first and last name, however, it can be anything you want.
- Use the actual e-mail address in this location. Make sure that there are no spaces.
- The POP3 server is where you pick up your mail, which we host.
The SMTP server is the server that sends your mail, which your ISP provides.
- The account name is not the same as your e-mail address. It is usually some variation on your domain name = yourdomain4 or yourdomain65. You can find it in the control panel where you view all of your e-mail accounts.
The password must be 6 characters long and is case sensitive. If anybody forgets the password you will need to go into the control panel and reset it. We have no way of knowing what the password is - it is scrambled on our end, too.
