What is Live Cam Service?
Live Cam Service is a suite of programs and services that allows you to stream video and audio over the Internet, and charge your customers for it on a pay-per-minute basis. Unlike other programs, Live Cam Service offers the highest possible video and audio quality available today. Who is Live Cam Service made for?
Live Cam Service is made primarily with the Adult Entertainment Market, but it works equally well with other forms of entertainment such as Psyhic chat. How much money can I make?
This is impossible to answer of course. However done right, there is no limit to the amount you can make. Alot of it depends on the ability of your models to 'convert' visitors into paying customers. For example, Let's imagine that you have 3 models working for you for 5 hours a day for 5 days per week, for a total of 300 hours a month online, or 18,000 possible billable minutes. Now imagine that 25% of this time is 'converted' into 'private chat', and you are charging your customers $5.00 per minute. That is 4,500 minutes X $5.00 per minute, or $22,500.00 that month. If your payout to each model is $1.25 per minute (average), your cost for your models will be $5625.00, leaving you $16,875.00.

Of course, this assumes that your models spend 25% of their time in private chat as described above. Some models will do worse than this, but most will do better. The top models spend more than 70% of their time in private chat!

How does Live Cam Service work?
Once installed, a simple username and password is all that is required for your chat models to log-in and stream live video to your website. Your customers can then log-in to your website to see and hear that performer. When your customers access to your models' private chat, your website bills that customer on a pay-per-minute basis, and you are paid soon afterwards by the credit card company that WebSiteCenter.com installs for you.

What are the minimum hardware requirements for performers or broadcasters?

What kind of Internet connection do I need to broadcast high quality video and audio?
Your performers MUST have a Wired, high speed Broadband or DSL connection in order to properly connect to your website and upload video to your customers.

Will Live Cam Service work with old style Analog "Dial-up" connections?
No. Dial-Up or Analog connections are too slow, offering a connection speed of 56kb/s or less. While it is possible to compress the video stream enough to make it work, the resulting video quality would be poor or only as good as other chat sites that rely on this now outdated technology.

Can my models connect if they have Firewalls or Routers? Do any ports have to be opened?
Yes. Chatvibe version 2.02 and higher will automatically create exceptions in the Windows Firewall making for an easy connection to stream video data to your site. Hardware firewalls such as Linksys can be easily configured to work with Chatvibe as well.

Do you support studios (Multiple computers connected to a LAN)?
Yes. We offer free technical support for anyone wishing to open a studio. Each computer in your studio requires a unique public or private (routable) IP Address, and suggestions for special configurations are available to maximize resources and throughput.

How does the customer pay for using my site? How am I paid?
Your website will accept several different times of billing including Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, JCB and Discover cards) via 3rd party billing processors such as CCBill (included FREE for a limited time) or Merchant account gateways (available for an additional fee). Credit cards are charged and credited to your customers account in real time, and the transaction takes only about 5 seconds to complete. Purchases are accepted automatically 24 hours a day, and settled via Check or wire payment to you every 2 weeks.

I am located in Canada. Can I still accept Visa credit cards on my new Live Cam Service site?
Yes. Your Live Cam Service enabled website will accept payments from Visa (as well as all other major credit cards) thanks to agreements with Verotel and other payment processors.

Can you make the checks payable to me directly, or to my company?
Either - the choice is up to you.

What are 'chat modes' and what do they mean?
Live Cam Service has 3 different LIVE paid chat modes, plus 1 LIVE "free" mode. They are:

• FREE Mode. Also called the "Upsell" mode, this is a free "meet and greet" chat where all visitors and / or all customers of your website are invited to chat with your models for free. You may allow all visitors to your website to use this chat room, or restrict it to paying customers only.
  
  
• VIP Mode. VIP, also called Private Chat, allows for a single 1-on-1 private chat between your customer and any chat model appearing on your website. No one else may enter the chat room during a VIP chat. Your website will charge your customer for this "premium chat mode" every minute. Typical pricing is $5.00 or $6.00 per minute, but pricing is up to you. Your website will also pay your chat model for each minute they spend with your custoemr, also at prices that are determined by you.
  
  
• GROUP Mode. GROUP allows for multiple customers to chat at the same time with 1 model. There is no limit to the number of customers you can have in GROUP. Your website will charge each customer for each minute they spend with your chat models, and pay your chat models accordingly. Again, all prices are determined by you.
  
  
• VOYEUR Mode. VOYEUR Mode allows for multiple customers to "Spy" on (but not chat) your chat models while they are busy in "Group" and "Vip" modes. Again, you may charge your customers anything you like per minute, and payout to your performers anything you want per minute for this serivce.

What is the MBase Virtual Studio Manager?
MBase, the Virtual Studio Manager system, allows you to generate more revenue by wholesaling your models chat-minutes to other licesned Live Cam Service customers. Mbase allows your models to appear on other Live Cam Service websites thereby increasing their exposure on the Internet as well as their sales.

You may also use that same pool of models to populate your own website with models whenever you like, offering your customers a greater variety of performers to chat with and increasing your revenues.. MBase is both a revenue generator and resource. .

MBase is not an affiliate program. The Mbase system allows all of our customers to cooporate with each other instead of complete against one another, and is an extremely powerful and profitable part of Live Cam Service. You can choose to use Mbase or not, at any time. Add or remove models anytime, share or unshare your models at will.

How do I make money using MBase?
Other sites on a Live Cam Service platform "buy" your model's time for a fee automatically whenever that website makes a purchase. Your account is paid automatically and in real-time for the value of that chat.

At the same time, you may add performers to your website via our mbase system and offering your customers a wider select of chat models to choose from. When your customer takes an "mbase" into a private chat, your account is debited in real time for the time your customer spends with that chat model.

Do we have to use MBase?
No. Mbase is elective. You can share your models out but not take any from the MBase if you want, not share your models and still take from MBase, etc. You may configure it to work for you anyway that you think is best.

Can I make money if I have no models? If I use only the MBase talent pool?
Of course! The Mbase system offers your website's customers a wide choice of models that they can begin spending money to chat with right from day 1.

What if I want to have only my models, none from MBase, but I want to share mine out?
More power to you! If you have enough models to make your site entirely exclusive and only use the MBase to make more revenue with those models, go ahead!

How good is the video quality?
