SUBMIT YOUR CHANGES VIA:
- Email - Simply email your change request along with text, graphics, links, photos or media (audio and video) and a Work Order Request will be generated and the work will be done accordingly within four (4) hours or less. If the work to be done will require more than four hours - a Cost Estimate will be provided first and will prior approval before any work can commence. Any work order that is under four (4) hours or less are deemed approved and billable as per WebSiteCenter.com Web Design Agreement.
- Telephone - Call our office and speak with one of our dedicated web designer and/or your contact person and request for the changes over the telephone. A lot of times, the changes can be accommodated while you're on the line. Otherwise, a Work Order will be generated and a quote and turnaround time will be provided. The work will commence immediately after the telephone call has ended or immediately upon receipt of the materials required to complete the task.
- Fax - Fax over the changes you would like to have on the web pages and any questions we might have will be brought up to your attention.
- In-Person - You are welcome to drop by the office and request to see an available webmaster to have your changes done, in most cases, while you wait. Otherwise, a quote will be provided as well as a turnaround time for completion.
- US Postal Snail Mail - It is sometimes necessary to send over written materials, brochures, pamphlets, booklets, products and alike over the US Postal Service in order to have your change request done. Immediately upon receipt of the package, any questions or details required to complete the project will be called upon to your attention by the assigned webmaster.
- CD or Flash Drive - Drop off, mail or receive your change request via flash drives, CD or DVD. This is commonly used when large media files are required and cannot be transported via email.
Web Site Management Service Billing Practice
If you're a member of our Web Site Management Service then you're price is as follows: $75 per hour billable at 15 minute increments. There is no minimum one (1) hour required. Billing starts at the first 15 minutes accrued - which equals to $18.75.
Standard Hourly Rates:
Our standard hourly rate applies if you are NOT part of our Web Site Management Program as displayed above. All Work Order have a minimum of One (1) Hour charge and billable at 15 minute increments after the first (1st) hour:
- ASP/PHP Programming: $145.00 per hour
- Flash and Graphic Design: $145.00 per hour
- XML/HTML Language: $125.00
- CGI/Javascript: $145.00 per hour
- Audio and Video Editing and Compression: $150.00 per hour
