OPTION 1 - STANDARD HOURLY RATES:

Our standard hourly rate applies if you are NOT part of our Web Site Management Program as displayed above. All Work Order have a minimum of One (1) Hour charge and billable at 15 minute increments after the first (1st) hour:

• ASP/PHP Programming: $145.00 per hour
• Flash and Graphic Design: $145.00 per hour
• XML/HTML Language: $125.00
• CGI/Javascript: $145.00 per hour
• Audio and Video Editing and Compression: $150.00 per hour

OPTION 2 - WEBSITE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Terms AND Conditions:

• Non-Refundable Entry Fee: $299.00
• Hourly Fee: $75.00 - charges apply every 15 minutes.
• Work request can be received via email, fax, mail, in person or by telephone.
• Guaranteed turnaround time - Any work request that are within the estimated time of 2 hours are completed within 4 Hours or less. Any work request that will require more than 4 hours or more will be provided with a quote and will need confirmed approval (via email or telephone) of the estimated quote prior to any work being done and will have a turnaround time of 24-48 Hours from the date and time of said approval.
• Word request that are less than 4 hours to complete will have their invoices mailed on the same day the work request is completed and will be due immediately upon receipt of invoice(s). Unpaid invoices longer than 15 days will be a violation of the web site management contract which will be grounds for termination of contract. Please make a note of this.

With your Site Management Contract, your cost remains at $75.00 per hour no matter how difficult the situation becomes. We'll get the job done in a timely manner.
• WSC guarantees that any and all revisions have been checked and tested to display properly and completed to your specification and satisfaction.
• WSC will visit and test your web site on a regular basis for outdated materials and will provide report and recommendations.
• WSC will Upload/Download your changes to your specified web host anywhere in the U.S.A. No additional charge.
• WSC will maintain security and backup of the entire web site because sometimes, there is never enough back-up.
