Our primary goal with Keyword Management Set Up service is to help clients avoid the most common mistakes in setting up their pay-per-click marketing campaigns. We run across many customers who reach too high, too wide and too deep trying to connect with their target market as opposed to narrow, shallow but in multiple layers. This mistake can turn out to be a very expensive lesson in marketing, if done wrong. Search engines will deliver the traffic and once they do whether it generated any results or not, they will not give you your money back. Another important objective is to educate our clients on how to use pay-per-click accounts to develop marketing strategies. We will show you how to utilize its online tools as provided with each search engine account to track and measure your results and how to properly react or respond to your target market needs based on these results. The idea is to maximize the results of every dollar spent on each click. Its true that there are a lot of simillarities between pay-per-click control panels but there are also a lot of major differences. For your review and reference, here's what are service includes:


  • Set up Google Adwords Account
  • Set up Yahoo Search Marketing
  • Set up Bing aka MSN Ad Central
  • We will search online if there are any promotional coupons available on search engines which we will take advantage of and apply it to your pay-per-click accounts
  • Run the Keyword Analysis Tool to select the most appropriate keywords
  • Client can send 10-20 keywords to us via email that they consider "must-haves" keywords so we can run these keywords against the Keyword Analysis Tool for consideration and inclusion
  • Assign the 20-40 keywords and break it up into select groups (maximum 2 groups per pay-per-click account) - the system allows you to have up 50 Ad groups - but for this service we create the first two (2) on your behalf and show you how to create new ones during training.
  • Assign a Title, Description and URL for every Ad assigned to each Ad Group
  • Create maximum of Three (3) Ads for each Ad Group - Total 6 Separate Ads
  • Submit selected keywords, ads and ad groups to Google, Yahoo and Bing for approval.
  • After 1-week of live pay-per-click accounts, we then provide a Total of 2-hour Orientation on all Pay-Per-Click Control Panels - in person or in some cases - via telephone or video conference.
  • During training, we will log in and review the traffic stats on the web hosting control panel and match them against each pay-per-click accounts for comparison

NOTE: In order to create the above accounts Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft AdCenter, we will need a signed and approved credit card authorization form (Visa, MC or Amex) to be used to create and activate each account. Upon creation of each pay-per-click account with each respective search engine, Google will charge your card $5.00 for set-up fee; Yahoo does not charge for set up but they require a deposit which we usually set at $50.00 and Microsoft (MSN) AdCentral will also do the same as Yahoo - requiring a deposit amount which we set for $50.00 - totaling $105.00 all Together. This is our recommended initial amount. As each visitor clicks on your link - each search engine will deduct the cost from your deposit amount. When the deposited amount is depleted, they will email you with instruction to add more money. PLEASE NOTE THAT MONEY DEPOSITED TO EACH SEARCH ENGINE IS IN ADDITION TO OUR KEYWORD MANAGEMENT SERVICE FEE OF $575.
