We believe that in order to provide the highest quality of Customer Service can only be delivered by a trained professional and not some automated phone menu. Designers and programmers also needs assistance in gathering documents and coordinating meetings. You'll be responsible in providing clients with technical assistance and training on various aspects of the web design process and control panels. Web Developers needs to continuously work on projects without having to worry about clerical responsibilities. They need assistance in keeping their project files up to date, follow up on email correspondence, proofread offline and online pages to make sure it is consistent with client request. The job position primary objective is to build repoire with customers and confidently communicate their needs and wants to the web developer in charge.
